Are you possitive you are uploading them to the correct location?
To me it looks like there is nothing in that location, even if the files were uploaded in the wrong format it wouldnt give a page not found error.

second of tese folders is empty or you don't upload all files (blank index.htm is missing) check if you upload all files to it ;) first one looking ok but forum images are in the second one

Right click on the image and select properties and youl see the location its supposed to be.

templates/subSilver/images/

The images folder should be directly in the templates>subsilver folder and as already stated you should have seen a blank page if it was there and not just a file not found error. I have tried to show you this by putting in a link to the phpBB.com one. Whoops I got a message telling me that it was banned and an email has been sent to the admin (wrist slapped - hanging!!!)

Check that you have it in the correct place.

Yes but are there any image files in the directory "images" and where is the directory "images" located?
It should be inside the subSilver directory that is inside the "templates" directory.

it's wrong :!: the original directory with template images contain index.htm file ;)

SmartFTP=no index.htm

i viewed it on mozilla and it worked !

it was ftp://plbeane94.com/phpBB2/templates/su ... /index.htm

not http://plbeane94.com/phpBB2/templates/s ... /index.htm

which must mean the permissions aren't right

The CHMOD is 644 for the index.htm file...
