How to delete the ANNOUNCEMENT or STICKY attribute?

Post by Stylewriter » Tue May 17, 2005 4:56 pm

Is there a easy way to delete the Announcement or Sticky topic attribute? I don't want to delete the whole thread but there are some topics which are way too old with these attributes and now and want them to dissappear ;)
I hope you can help me!
Thanks a lot!!

Open the topic and edit the FIRST post...the starter post. Then scroll to the bottom where you see the poll option now there are three check boxes..."Normal", "Sticky", Announcement"...just check the box to normal and it will begin to fall behind new posts. If there was a recent post it will still be on the front page but if not it will be sent to another page according to last post date.
