how do you decode a MD5 hash pass???

Im having trouble with forum and someones reset my pass and i dont have access to the forum anymore so im tryin to decode my pass

You can use my toolkit as mentioned above to change passwords, but its impossible to "decode" a hash. Its a one way encryption, so changing it is the only way to go.
