Where to post bug reports?

Every forum has in its description "please do not post bug reports!".

So, where to talk about bugs?

Well, there "bug related" stories here, basically people post on what they are having trouble with, or if theres a bug, they post it...my best bet is here, if your topic gets moved, then you go with your topic:)
