Cancellation and such

OK I'm having an issue for some reason when people login they enter info hit "Submit" then it gives em a 404. But if they hit back back to index.php and refresh their logged in. Not really what I'm worried about BUT what I'd like to do. Is move my forums to be www.incineration-nation.com instead of www.incineration-nation.com/Forums/phpBB2 I've tried backing up forums deleting it all and moving to main page but then it won't load. Will I have to delete everything and completly re install phpBB?

Nope, just update your server_name & script_path in your phpbb_config table accordingly to your new server.
