This is very true, and already known. It is becuase the username is to short and the search filter hates short words.

I hope it is know. It would be nice, if a member of the developement team says "Hi, this problem is known. We are thinking about it".

Nobody is "thinking about it".
The problem is known, and has been known. Believe me.
Furthermore, it's not really a problem. If you allow people to have 2 character usernames, then people will make usernames like "I" or "a"

Then you will have to say "did you know that "I" has been on vacation" or "'a' is a real jerk"

Something you learn around here is that the dev team is very busy, they dont really respond to a whole lot of threads, but they in generall know about the issues. I am sure that if they deem it needs to be fix, the will fix it at some point. But may I remind you they are also trying to get 3.0 finished for us too.

FYI: use of the "B" word is likely to get the topic locked.
