In posts is there a way to view the posters signatures, or do I need to install a mod for that? Please help me.

The posters them selves can choose whether there signature shows or not. You can look at their signatures via the admin panel>User Management, but you can force signatures to be shown to you in posts, unless you edit each post and check the "show my signature" option.

Is there a mod where I can have all signatures shown to everyone at all times?
