Is this an upgrade/from what to what: 2.0.15 > 2.0.17
Is this a conversion/from what to what:
Have you searched for your problem: yes, get blank pages as results
If so, what terms did you try: Cannot connect to database
State the nature of your problem: After upgrading, getting intermittent "Cannot connect to database" errors, several times a day. Very rare previous to upgrade.
Do you have a test account for us: Just register as a user

I'd say it might be a problem with the database, as none of the core code had really been changed. Did you run install/update_to_latest.php after you upgraded?

i took this code today.and after that i took complete backup of mySQL.after that i added every table manually.it took long time but it worked

Yes, and the board has been working fine otherwise. I suppose it could be just a coincidence. Just seemed strange this started happening after the update.

I have pruned the database and the original problem seems to be solved. Now I am getting reports from users that they are getting this error message:

message_die() was called multiple times. This isn't supposed to happen. Was message_die() used in page_tail.php?

Anyone shed any light on this?
