How to delete a user?

I am new to this. How can I delete a user? Not ban him, just delete the name. Thanks.

admin panel>user management>type in his username> down at the bottom there are some admin only optios, click delete user

It's in your Control Pannel.
Login to your Control Pannel, and scroll (on the left) down to "User Admin". Then click on Management, and then it'll give you the option look up the user, and then to delete the user at the very end of the page.
