NEED HELP TO RESTORE DATABASE

Hello there!,
my domain expired and I forgot to renew it.... I still have the hosting account (I host my domain to a private rent server that is using cPanel and I have acces, I need to know how can I restore my database ( to make a backup)

You should have access to phpmyadmin through cPanel, you can backup using that.

I have recovered my data base, but now I will instal my forum to another domain, is there a way to use the same data base????
