were to put the rank images?!

i downloaded rank images...but it doesnt say were to install or uplaod them to

someone please help me!

basically i want to know how to get it showing up on the forum so when someon reads a post it shows the persons rank name and insignia.

I would put them into the "images" folder

so i put them in the image folder....but i nthe image folder should i make another folder called "ranks"?

then how do i get it to show on the forum itself?

You could make a folder that's called ranks, but it's not required. Enter "images/rank1.jpg" in the rank image field.

okay i uploaded and did that part what you told me and ummm...

for the memebers it doesnt show the ranks under there names or anythign is there a way for it to work? is it in the admin panel? cuz i couldnt find it..or did i look in the wrong place?

did make some ranks for your members

what does it mean to chmod folder to 777? and how you do that? i just made a folderi n the images and thats it...it shows up...so its working...but on the topics/posts it doesnt show up underneath the memebers names...

ps: i did read that manuel for the images and i did what it said and what u told me to do and it still didnt work like it'll show up in the admin panel in:
user admin-ranks-edit...the ranks show up there but not were the memebers see it...they dont see anythign and i dont either...do you get it?

on site ftp were upload your files

your folder you upload the images to 777 but maybe not as my are not hmm

if don't have ranks made yet that maybe y not showing up

this how make some ranks on your forums

do you have to do that 777 thing? cuz i really dont geti t...i just uploaded my rankes i nthe image folder..and it shows up i nthe edit menu like in ur 3rd pic but on the forum it doesnt....do you know why?

you need the full link in the box from your host

it can be part like this images/ranks/e1.gif

has be full

make new folder call it what like on your site reupload pics to it copy full link from your pic put link in the box
