Help with link error

I'm the administrator of my forum. When I click on 'Go To Administration Panel' link from my forum, it brings up a "page not found" error message. How can I change this and be able to get access to my admin tools?

Make sure all the admin files are uploaded to the /Admin folder. Make sure they are all lowercase.

You may want to re-upload the entire /admin folder

If you are also having issues with logging in normally, the you might want to try:

ok I tried the auto reset and got this message

Did you put it in an /install folder?

ie: /forum/install/cookie.php

Thanks for the reply.

Yeh I put it in an install directory, got it to work, reset all the cookies and everything, but I still can't get into my administration panel...

when I log into my forum, and then click on the go to administration panel link it brings up an error that says page not found...

I've re-installed my template, inclduing the admin folder.... every other link on the site works fine.

I'm at a loss as to what I'm dong wrong. *sigh*

got the same problem i'm running 2.0.17 with dusty green one of the other guys surgested i check

Using either phpMyAdmin or the Admin Toolkit, fix the server_name in phpbb_config. You have http:// in there, remove it

cos i got redirected to microsoft now i don't get anything like you

Thanks for that reply. I tried that too,but all looks good there... running off local host.

Arg. this is driving me crazy, it was all working fine when I logged off last night. Now this!

Hope someone can give us both some advice on how to fix it.
