I recently have an error but don't know where to begin to start fixing it.

i am using phpBB 2.0.19
here is the site.

whenever a user is posting a very long post, it seem to direct the site to a wrong location end up with a 403 Error. it would work find if they post normal, not max the limit characters. i was searching in my admin panel but don't see where to change the max characters .. if i max it up more the error will be gone. this is the only way i can think to fix it.

any advices would be appreciated.
