If you have access to phpmyadmin you can look up the ban database and remove yourself from it or install the starfoxtj admin toolkit (linked in my sig below) and unban yourself in there.

Ok, I just did the toolkit and it says I'm not banned on there. But when I go to my forum it says I am. How do I pull up the banlist in phpmyadmin?

Thanks

In templates/admin I see user_ban_body.tpl

Is that the one I edit?

Sorry for all of this.

Im not sure tpl editing has anything to do with it, doesnt looks logical to me but I could be wrong. This is a MySQL thing.

From your phpmyadmin click on SHOW. Now display many results. That are all data of bans.
From column ban_userid search your userid and delete thar row! Shall I repeat?

Can I just delete the whole banlist? If that would be easier then how to do this?

And I'm banned by IP not username.

I know my IP addy, so if that helps.

Thanks
