Okay, So I am having a similar problem. and this being my first forum, I would really appreciate a step by step how too.

(also, when I go to General Admin>Set Logo>Choose file.

It doesnt work. Is this because it is a free host site?

You would need to ask your free hosts about that yes.

Any other suggestions require FTP access which you probably don't have.
