Changing an icon

Can some one please tell me the path to go down to change my site's icon, I use firefox and have tabbed browsing and I'm talking about this thing



How do I change that?

This site will take a pic you have locally and convert it to an ico file
Then replace the ico file you want to change via FTP

I have noticed that in Internet Explorer it shows up right awat but in firefox it could take a while. Idont know why this is so try it in IE first and you will se it has a new FavIcon

I just checked my files and I have it in 2 places
Im sure it only needs to be in one but it wont hurt to have it in both

/forum and /forum/templates/
