HELP!!!! BIG PROBLEM!

im sorry to bring back up an old post.

but i finnaly managed to get a backup, and almost the same thing happend:

i go into file manager, select the backup, and almost exactly 10 seconds later its gone, poof deleted it says the file no longer exists, i am very disapointed now, as that was my last hope of restoring my fourm, i just wanted to know if anybody has any clue here why this happend.

BTW i was using c panel X, the file manager when this happend.
