MySql change

Post by Francis33 » Wed Oct 18, 2006 1:29 pm

Hello,
I am posting this question since the search feature did not help me.

My hosting provider changed the MySql version on his server and he changed the credentials of my mysql database (matter of compliancy).
In fact the name of the database and the login name have been changed, not the password.
I looked into the admin tool of PhpBB but did not find anything connected to it.
How can I change these settings in order to get the BB working with the new credentials.
Thank for your inputs,
Francis

open your config.php file and modify the variables in there to their new settings.
