What program?

I have downloaded the phpBB file, but lots of the documents appear like this:

What program can i open all the files like this in?

It would have been a lot simpler to say that they were .tpl files :roll:

Open them in a text editor such as notepad, notepad++ etc etc

if u dont want hte unrecognized image if u double click and on them it will bring up an open with dialog box. select textpad, notepad whatever and then u'll get a file symbol :lol:

.tpl files can be open with any text editor, like notepad, wordpad, notepad++. you choose your text editor, then set it so it opens .tpl files.\
