Hi

I have just installed the textual confirmation mod and it works amazingly... :oops:I know this is probably simple :oops: I would now like to remove the standard visual confirmation thing....

How do i do this... Please someone help!!!

Disable it in your ACP => General Configuration => Activate Visual Confirmation, check no. ;)

Yeah i thought that this was how you do it? That question is not there in my configuration page??? COULD IT BE SOMETHING TO DO WITH MY INSTALLING THE TEXTUAL CONFIRMATION MOD???

I will pop over to there forum and ask!

No, that mod doesn't affect the visual confirmation setting.
Are you running the standard subSilver theme?
Some older alternative themes don't have support for the VC code, so they won't show the option to disable it.
If that is the case, switch the administrator back to subSilver, turn off VC, then return it to the theme you normally use.

You STAR!!!!! Thanks for that!! I am using the igloo theme as it suits our software better than subsilver... and yes as soon as i switched back to subsilver there it was staring at me

which means that your style is way out of date and the visual confirmation is not the only thing missing.

there have been several additions to the admin panel since visual confirmation.

Well... is it feasible to simply replace your custom style admin panel files with subsilver style admin panel files and be good-to-go?
