Hi, problem with staying logged in.

My user posted this question. Can anyone tell me the possible solutions?

why does the site always ask for my username and pw when i am already logged in? eg. i logged in, went to the movies section, click on one of those topics and then the request for username and pw appears. is this a security feature? or is something wrong with my profile?

Have him clear his cookies.

That should correct the issue.

Also, try checking the box that says "Log me on automatically each visit" since the session might be timing out while logged in.

What are your current cookie settings in Admin Panel --> General Admin --> Configuration?
