Can't register anymore

Post by Bricen »

The following is the basic SRT
Your board's URI: http://www.ka-tetguild.com/katet_forums
Version of phpBB2: 2
Was this a fresh install or a(n) update/upgrade/conversion (please be specific)? Upgrade on a mod
Was this an install through your host? It was installed through easy mods
MODs you have installed: disable-spambots, Security Question Mod, The humanizer, AntiSpam Mod, EasyMOD
When the problem started: After I installed Security Question Mod

Additionally, you may wish to provide the following (where applicable)
Template(s) used: Template in /includes
Language(s) used: .php ?
Version of PHP used: 2
Database and version used: 2 I think, not sure how to check

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected $end in /home/jkaatetg/public_html/katet_forums/includes/template.php(127) : eval()'d code on line 364

This is the line of error I get when I try to register on my forums. Any idea of how I can fix it so my people can register?

Support for mods should be asked as a reply to that mod's support thread.

You should try to click on 'Copyrights'. ;)
When I suggest that you should alter your files, BACKUP them BEFORE.

No links in default subSilver and what's the "good reason" to hide it behind a link?

I have seen that theme before -- with the copyright link -- The copyright is still in the view-source. The link is just a javascript that unhides the phpbb.com link.

So everyone thinks it's OK to hide the copyright behind a link? Just asking.

Fooled me.

What I meant was, this is not a trick from the owner of the board; it’s built-in in most of the templates designed by Vjacheslav Trushkin. My limit is when people have removed it totally. Anyway, you are correct about the copyright. :)

I note that a topic involving the same "linked copyright" was locked for noncompliance with the copyright rule.

As per steve, hiding the copyright is the same as not having it there at all in my opinion, so please return the copyright to the footer as it is in the default subSilver template. Once you have done this please pm myself or another team member to get the topic unlocked, thanks.
