Can you block a member from using the PM function ? and can you block a member from seeing others email address.
I think i may have someone who joins just to spam i dont quite know for sure so looking into ways to police.

Yes. Admin Control Panel-->User Admin-->Management
Lookup user. At the bottom are admin only fileds, turn off PM is one.
