Critical Error--Forum is Lost

Hello,

My forum is not showing up and its place is this error

phpBB : Critical Error

Error doing DB query userdata row fetch

DEBUG MODE

SQL Error : 1226 User 'muslimmo_p_bb1' has exceeded the 'max_questions' resource (current value: 50000)

SELECT * FROM phpbb_users WHERE user_id = -1

Line : 136
File : sessions.php
Please tell me how to fix it

This is a limitation imposed by your host. You need to contact your host to see if that limit can be raised.

At a guess, you're using IPowerWeb as your host, and this is a host-specific error they're famous for.
