ok i just gt my new phpbb forum and have almost all of it set up but there is 1 thing i can seem to figure out it is prolly very simple but with my stupidity i cant find it.... how do u make a sticky and announcement :?: :?: :?:

well its not called a stickey annoucement but an annoucement is like a stickey annoucement...

well you know where you post a message? well a little ways down you'll find some radio buttons and click on Annoucement and it should post it as an annoucement. pretty simple! :P

When you post a New Topic you should see something like
Post topic as: Normal Sticky Announcement underneath the message body. What do you see? Are you using subSilver or another template system?

It's an Icicle template issue...that's the link to the fix. Ya know, I found that in two seconds of seaching ;) alls good though
