bulk mail

Never had a problem sending bulk email b4 on one of my forums, now I get this:

What does this mean?

It means that your host has set a limit on the amount of emails that can be sent at once. You are exceeding that limit. You either need to find a MOD that will break up the emails into parts, or update to phpBB3, which has that function by default.

Cant see it being that, I would be way under the quota for that.

You know what their quota is!
How close is the number of members to that quota?

Some quotas are a total number of emails per hour.
In that case you would have to deduct all the emails,pm notifications,watch topics, topic replies etc.
Get the idea?

Yeah I get the idea! It was only going out to a group and the "group" only has 27 people in it. The forum only has 41. And I believe my quota is 250.
