Anyone willing?

I downloaded the attachment mod...and i have not the slightest idea how to install it...ive gone over the instructions twice and its all greek to me...is anyone willing to install the hack for me? ill give you all needed FTP information via pm. This project is really important to me, and I dont think it will succeed without this hack...as the whole idea of the board was developed around sharing these matierials.

It has been only a half an hour. It may take a while for somebody to read this thread and decide they want to do that.

It's not a good idea to give out your FTP info, but if you let us know which mod it is, you will probably find someone to walk you through it.

One of the reasons you'll find people not willing to use your FTP info is it makes them a mark for anything that goes wrong with your site from then on.

Depending on what mods you already have on your forum, and which version of the forum you installed, it may be possible to have someone mod the files needed and send them back to you.

Edit: Duh, the attachment mod, whatever that is, I'll go look.

that makes sense...i didnt see a problem with it, but if thats how its viewed i suppose i could try to work around it.

Im trying to install the attach mod.

I dont have any mods installed as i dont know how to do it.

file # 244 on the phphack site...the one mentioned above.

Well, first I would update to phpBB 2.0.4, it's easier before a mod than after.

The mod you want to install is attach_mod_v235.zip ?
