Post by Rohai » Sat Feb 23, 2008 12:05 am

Recently has alot of spammers and installed the security question to stop them from registering. Now is there a way to mass delete all the unwanted users that have registered?

Are you running any security software that could be blocking cookies from the toolkit?

are you sure, positively sure you are logging in as the admin?

I know I had this problem once and couldn't delete a user, but I closed the browser reopened it and logged in as admin again and the problem was cleared for me...

Other than that the tool kit works wonders, and I would highly recommend it to anyone.

Before re-uploading it, check that all the edits you made to it are correct.
