It's not currently in CVS and won't be till a few kinks are worked out in the code and elsewhere.
Tom's subSilver theme is now the default there here...
It's quite simple, if you see any posts from me moaning and complaining then it's sourceforge.net ... if not then it's subsky
Quick question... does this mean that PSO's theme/templates will be no longer updated? The reason I ask is because I've based my site's templates/themes on the PSO set, and personally prefer it, as it seems to be lighter on the bandwidth.
Hah, this is a bit confusing now, not sure if I'm posting on subsky.com or phpbb.sf.net.![]()
Code: Select all
TD.rowpic {background-color:#DEE3E7;background-image: url(templates/subSilver/images/cellpic2.jpg);}
Code: Select all
TD.rowpic {background-color:#FFFFFF;background-image: url(templates/subSilver/images/cellpic2.jpg);background-repeat:0% 50% no-repeat;}
As far as some "kinks" to work out, I figure you might like a little feedback, Sub:Aside from those little issues, which are strictly a matter of opinion for the most part, I absolutely love this template!
- Some of the images, like the Post and Reply icons, are missing their height and width tags. A small issue, it just "wonkifies" the look of the page during loading. (There's a word for Webster's!)
- I suppose you're probably already working on a way to insert BBcode/Smilies at cursor position... I won't mention it. Oops, too late.
- I'd suggest that the Post and Reply buttons be moved from their current positions (just above and below the post table) into the horizontal bars that frame the top and bottom of the table, so that the inline navigation and page count will always be on the far left of the page, instead of being pushed to the right by the buttons. (You know... kinda like PSO's template
)
Oops, one more thing, don't wanna edit in case someone's replying.
Go into your profile, set the date format to "FFFFFFFF", go to the forum index, and you'll see some lovely repeating gradients. Simple remedy, I didn't really look around to see if this problem shows up elsewhere, so you might wanna look.
