You can only get it from CVS. Sorry, but there is no other way right now.

Hi

knogle posted an excellent guide to using CVS to get hold of phpBB earlier today, see this post: http://phpbb.sourceforge.net/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=931

Hope this helps.

I'd wait just one more day... I've made some major optimising improvements to the template on ALL the subSilver files as well as added support for all the latest features so you'd be best waiting a little longer...

I'll let you know when its up to date.

there should be a cvs1-11 folder on your C drive if you installed it.
Win cvs is not logging to server right. You can get it to work but its better to use command line.

Open Dos (command line) @ c prompt
cd cvs1-11
cvs -z3 -d:pserver:[email protected]:/cvsroot/phpbb co phpBB2
you should now have a folder in cvs1-11 folder called phpBB2 :)

Put this in your autoexec.bat file or just run it in the command prompt...
SET HOME=C:\somedirectory\
Of cource replace somedirectory with any directory you want...
