Xoops CBB v1.16 to phpBB 2.0.22.

I am transferring over the forum files on my website. i have filtered the sql files adn installed them on the SQL database but i think i may have to convert the actual file to phpbb? Can anyone help please because all i see on the new website is the standard template for the forums and not the complete list?

I know of no convertors for CBB to phpBB2 or phpBB3. The only solution is to write a convertor.
