Converting from 3.0.2 to 2.0.23

Post by Falconer52 »

I am in a gaming clan and we have recently moved from a forum hosting service to having our own web server. The forum we have is running 3.0.2 and we have it linked from a home page. We now want to move to an EVO setup but don't want to go to beta in order to get the phpbb3 setup, and the latest version of EVO uses phpbb 2.0.23 is there a way to move the forum and user data from the newer version to the older version.

Please no "use the search" or "stop bringing up old topics" I'm looking for people to help, i searched for a few hours and found nothing on the topic. If you know of somewhere where this has been said please link me to that area. show me the proof that it has been brought up before ;).

Help only Please :)

There are no scripts to go from phpBB3 to phpBB2.

I'm guessing EVO is some kind of 3rd party phpBB version, possibly Nuke.
If so, you need to ask the makers of that how to get to it. We can tell you how to get TO phpBB but not FROM it to some other ported version.
