Trying to convert from nuke

I have downloaded the script that Dicky made in this thread http://www.phpbb.com/community/viewtopi ... &sk=t&sd=a and am getting these errors when running it.

./conv_nuke.php: line 6: admin: command not found

./conv_nuke.php: line 9: admin: command not found
./conv_nuke.php: line 10: admin: command not found
./conv_nuke.php: line 11: admin/: is a directory
./conv_nuke.php: line 13: syntax error near unexpected token `'IN_PHPBB','
./conv_nuke.php: line 13: `define('IN_PHPBB', true);'

I am thinking it is a problem with my host but they are being very difficult with helping. Could someone knowledgeable in php tell me if this may be the case?
