It really should be but I've not tested yet. But knowing what was fixed in .10 I don't see any reason why it would stop working ;)

Parse error: parse error, unexpected ';' in /home/radiogen/public_html/forum/posting.php on line 953

Code: Select all

make_jumpbox(// MULTI BBCODE-begin
//NOTE: the first element of each array must be '' Add new elements AFTER the ''
$EMBB_keys = array('') ;
$EMBB_widths = array('') ;
$EMBB_values = array('') ;

for ($i=1; $i<count($EMBB_values); $i++)

	// load BBcode MODs info
	$val = ($i*2)+16 ;
	$template->assign_block_vars('MultiBB', array(

You boned the installation in the same way that has been discussed several times already. You have to add the new text after THE ENTIRE line. Do not split up the make_jumbox line. After the make_jumpbox line, make a new line and insert the new code as such....

Code: Select all

make_jumpbox('viewforum.'.$phpEx);
// MULTI BBCODE-begin
..... more code .......
// MULTI BBCODE-end

CRITICAL ERROR: Could not modify [%s]

Post by Zenandrar » Tue Aug 17, 2004 6:45 am

EDIT: doesn't matter, I installed 1.3.0a and run smooth. Thanx anyways :)

===============================

I just installed Multiple BBCode_1.2.1 through EM_0.1.13 on phpBB_2.0.10, ftp down/upload method and after all, when I try to post/reply anything, I get :

Code: Select all

CRITICAL ERROR: Could not modify [%s]
If I put the old phpBB2/posting.php back, the post/reply will work just fine.

I have both files (posting.php and posting_body.tpl on their right places)...

Am I missing something? Did I got caught on the 3 am syndrome and didnt read something? :P

Thank you

Hi. I'm having a little trouble with the Multiple BBcode mod. I had no trouble installing it, but when I tried to test it to see if it worked, none of the bbcodes/smilies worked anymore unless I typed them myself. Does anyone know what I could have done wrong?

How to make them buttons also to appear in the messages private? Here in my forum alone it appears when it goes to send a new topic

Hey I am having trouble with this error...

Code: Select all

Parse error: parse error, unexpected ';' in /home2/mentalrc/public_html/forums/posting.php on line 963

Code: Select all

make_jumpbox(
// MULTI BBCODE-begin
//NOTE: the first element of each array must be '' Add new elements AFTER the ''
$EMBB_keys = array('','n') ;
$EMBB_widths = array('','40') ;
$EMBB_values = array('','Align=') ;

for ($i=1; $i<count($EMBB_values); $i++)
{
	// load BBcode MODs info
	$val = ($i*2)+16 ;
	$template->assign_block_vars('MultiBB', array(
		'KEY' => $EMBB_keys[$i],
		'NAME' => "addbbcode$val",
		'WIDTH' => $EMBB_widths[$i],
		'VALUE' => $EMBB_values[$i],
		'STYLE' => "bbstyle($val)")
	);
}
// MULTI BBCODE-end'viewforum.'.$phpEx);
963 is...

Code: Select all

$EMBB_keys = array('','n') ;
Trying to do the align mod so I can center images and text on my forums.

You know, I'm tired of answering this question over and over. Please go back and read some of the posts on this topic. The answer is here (several times).

testebr: Unfortunately it wasn't made to work with PM's, but you are right that it should have been. It was an oversight. I think someone has posted how to add that, but I'm not sure.
