Hi asinshesq, the validator is there quite sometime :D

You might want to ask if you MOD is submitted successfully in MOD author's support forum, however, I believe once you submit the MOD via MOD db, if there is no error, it should be successful. The validation process is just too long and you thought it failed

Still trying to figure out how to confirm submission. I read somewhere that if you try to resubmit the same file as you already submitted, it gets automatically bounced. If it really is automatic and immediate then that is a way to check whether I successully submitted a mod. But if it's not automatic, than I am creating unnecessary work for someone. So which is it...is that a good way for me to check submission?

If you didn't get any errors during submission, then it was submitted successfully.

It will not let you submit a file that already exsists so you can check that way.

It looks like all four of your MODs are there.

Ok, I got one for ya.. APPARENTLY Nuttzys Country Flag mod never had an official release thread.

I spent a LOT of time putting together a new flag pack, including some larger sized flags, but I have nowhere to post it.

Any chance someone could throw up a release thread real quick? :D

um i sw that on one of the catagories it says phpBB 2.0.6 to 2.0.10 MODs (160) does that means that all the mods there work for php bb 2.0.6 - 2.0.10? or the mods only work for the phpbb version next to tehre name?

It means that the MOD Database contains MODs that work for 2.0.6 to 2.0.10, but not all the MODs work for all the version from 2.0.6 through 2.0.10. See how some MODs are made to work only for 2.0.6, some only for 2.0.7, and some only for 2.0.8?

All of the MODs in that category should work on 2.0.6 to 2.0.10. What ever is in there topic title is what version they were tested on. Most of them were 2.0.10 though even though they don't say it.

Hallooo?? Cmon guys, this mods been out since what EasyMod 1.0? I think it was released along with EasyMod in area51, and just never got it's own release thread here. Or there. lol.

Anyway, I just want to contribute, but there's no where to post my flag pack. :(

I first submitted my User Word Count mod back in November I think. It just got validated earlier this week in Aug. Seriously, you shouldn't be complaining about 6 months to get validated, considering mine took 10 months with about 4 revisions after being denied by the MOD team each time. =P

Each revision I submitted until the final one had some small error I completely overlooked. It passed the MOD Validater the first time I ran it, it's other stuff you may not pick up on that the MOD team "will" pick up on that can slow you down.

In the meantime you could always submit your mod over at phpbbhacks, and ask for peoples feedback and opinions until it finally gets validated here.
