[Tool] phpBB 2.0.15 to phpBB 2.0.16 Code Changes

All new MODs released in our MOD Database will be announced in here. All support for released MODs needs to take place in here. No new MODs will be accepted into the MOD Database for phpBB2

I could kick myself for not keeping up with the updates. I'm at 2.0.15 is there a way to go straight to 2.0.21?

When I installed the 2.0.15 to 2.0.16 MOD I could not get to my "Admin User List" from the link on the admin page.

And just to be sure I am doing this correctly. I just make the changes in one of the three files provided and then run the update?
