When I try to do it with Firefox it goes to the imageshack page but it doesnt upload the picture, when I do it in IE it works just fine.

It was a good idea and something I really need, but I found two things "wrong" with it:

>The font can not be seen with my background (and I can't change the font color for it
>The compose/edit page runs EXTREMELY slow to the point of not loading at times (time-out when retrieving data from ImageShack).

This isn't the sharer's fault. This is ImageShack's problem.

I had done that, 3Di. But, remained the same (in Firefox. Did not try with IE, nothing shows up right in it).

Thanks for the heads-up. But, cuz of the sluggish response of retrieving data for the i-frame, I'm passing it by and just have everyone manually insert image.

Generall a good idea for anytime you change script.
You can also use ctrl+F5 for a hard refresh, then you don't have to clear your entire chache, just that page.

Put the code underneath the quick reply code I suppose.
But generally you leave that kind of stuff in the normal posting method, as quick reply is just for that-quick replies, not the uploading of images and such. It's up to you though.

Thanks for the MOD

I'm keen on installing this but a couple of questions.

1. Where do you change the frame height to accomodate the mod?

2. Do you have to set up an account with imageshack? If so how does a user log onto the account or is this done automatically?

Thanks in advance ;)

Right here:

Code: Select all

<iframe src="http://www.imageshack.us/iframe.php?txtcolor=111111&type=blank&size=30" scrolling="no" allowtransparency="true" frameborder="0" width="280" height="70"></iframe>
See the height property?

And no, you do not have to have an imageshack account for this to work.
