I have no idea.
If you want me to look at it more I think I would need FTP access. If you can't get it working, you should probably remove the mod entirely because you may end up blocking legit users.
EDIT: Just thought of something...
Do you have the switches on seperate lines? They have to be on seperate lines in order to work.
