Not sure how I would test it other than to look at the registration page and confirm that there is not a "Web Site" spot on the form, and there is not.
What I can tell you is that 12:01:54 on site (A) http://www.outdoors-411.com
sombody registers under the name "Humpbunny" with a few fields filled in, with nonsense, including the e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org
Then at 12:01:59 on a different web site (without this mod) the same user name registers with ALL the same info but includes a URL.
It has to be a bot, and it certainly doesn't seem site "A" is rejecting the registration form because it tried to input a URL.
Before I installed this mod I was getting about 30 spam registrations per day on site (A), 95% of which included a spam URL, usually porn or blue pill related.
Over the weekend I received about 50 per day on site (A) same MO, but they didn't have a URL. Which is GREAT they didn't have a URL, but the increase just increases my time deleting these morons.
I have already received 25+ this morning on http://www.outdoors-411.com

How can I manually inject a URL into a field that isn't visible on the registration form?
