when I tried installing it with easymod, it says installation failed

I have followed every step and reviewed them over and over. Cosmetically, everything looks great, except for when I click the Youtube buttons, the return is "undefined".
Any pointers?

binkle: yeh i also have issues with the buttons.. i think its because i have another hack allready utilizing the addbbcode18 - im prolly wrong.. still searching a solution....

You guys claim that you are NOT using the multi bbode mod and are able to use this one.
I don't have the other mod, but can't find anything resembling

no one could answer that either.... so i just installed the multi bb... the code u are looking for is in that... i dont know how to go around this mod...

I don't know if it has anything to do with it, but I run the Multi bbcode box MOD which is differen't and not supported on this site. anyway, I skipped what I couldn't find in bbcode.php for this MOD and it worked just fine for me. the [youtube] tag worked, but I didn't get a chance to create a button for it because I disabled this MOD trying to troubleshoot when 2.0.20 came out.

Has anyone got this working with Multi BBCode? The button inserts the tags just fine, but I just end up getting the raw tages in my posts.

yeh, i used multi bbcode with it... it works, but for me with the cosmetical error u see in my previous posts...
dont remember if u have to... but did u enable html?

Yes, I've enabled the main html option (which is what I assume you're referring to).

im too n00bish but: did u add (dunno if need it for this one) the allowed html tags?
try copying this to ur allowed tags, see if it works, and let us know =)

After I installed this mod, I am getting a serious error with quoting.
Instead of showing someone's quoted box, like this:
Quote this....
It just has the code, like this:
Why is it not quoting correctly and showing just code?

I just tried it on my site, open up bbcode.tpl and remove this
<a href="
http://youtube.com/watch?v={YOUTUBEID}" target="_blank">{YOUTUBELINK}</a><br />
I put it back because the link doesn't bother me.
