MOD Name: Minimum posts to start a new topic
Author: kkroo
MOD Description: Add a new restriction to your forums, minimum posts to start a new topic. If the users post count is below the restriction, they are not allowed to start a new topic. This number can be changed in the admin panel for every indivisual forum.

MOD Version: 1.0.0
Tested on phpBB Version: 2.0.21

Support for this MOD needs to be asked within this topic. The phpBB Teams are not responsible or required to give anyone support for this MOD. By installing this MOD, the phpBB Support Team or phpBB MODifications Team may not be able to provide support.

This MOD has only been tested by the phpBB MOD Team with the phpBB version in the topic title. It may not work in any other versions of phpBB.

I never really understood what you really wanted exactly because u never posted again,

so the user is not allowed to start a new topic if less than 24 hours have passed since the users registration date?

^^^ Correct, basically a trial period registration, limiting "x" new registerd user to say 5 or 10 post per every 24hrs while based on a month's trial or so.

What program do you need to open this file?
All I can see that it is mpeg file but I cannot open it with any of my media players.

It's a MOD file and it can be open with NOTEPAD.

Where can I find this original MOD? Any Mods can't download from
the server after changing phpBB website. All mod 404 error msg showing.

Double check PLZ.
