The mods folder is only used by easymod. It would have no effect on the cashmod in your forum.
Please make sure that you have run sql_install.php from your browser.

Did you try uploading the install folder from the cashmod and browsing to sql_install.php, as the error message suggested?

Sorry... It is not in an "install" folder. It is on the top level directory of the cashmod

Ok I think I understand:

upload fresh copy of Cash MOD to the mods folder

then point my browser to sql_install.php

?

It wont have any problems having been installed allready then broke and mod folder deleted?

No. Forget the mods folder.

Read the instructions that say to copy sql_install.php to your web forum root folder (the same folder as config.php)

Then browse to that.

Post by beitreema »

I installed the cash mod -- it works great

I have a question

How can I restric moderators from adding deleting points

the moderator now can edit the admin cash

I want them to edit their users only not the other moderators and admins

thanks

First, you have to remove the edit-cash link in the profiles...

in classes_cash find:

Code: Select all

			if ( $userdata['session_logged_in'] && (($cash->currency_count(CURRENCY_ENABLED | CURRENCY_EXCHANGEABLE) >= 2) || ($cash->currency_count(CURRENCY_ENABLED | CURRENCY_DONATE) && ($userdata['user_id'] != $profiledata['user_id'])) || ($cash->currency_count() && (($userdata['user_level'] == ADMIN) || (($userdata['user_level'] == MOD) && $cash->currency_count(CURRENCY_ENABLED | CURRENCY_MODEDIT))))) )
replace with

Code: Select all

			if ( $userdata['session_logged_in'] && (($cash->currency_count(CURRENCY_ENABLED | CURRENCY_EXCHANGEABLE) >= 2) || ($cash->currency_count(CURRENCY_ENABLED | CURRENCY_DONATE) && ($userdata['user_id'] != $profiledata['user_id'])) || ($cash->currency_count() && (($userdata['user_level'] == ADMIN) ))) )
Then, remove it from posting for non admins, for mods and admins...

In classes_cash, look for:

Code: Select all

if ( $cash->currency_count() && (($userdata['user_level'] == ADMIN) || (($userdata['user_level'] == MOD) && $cash->currency_count(CURRENCY_ENABLED | CURRENCY_MODEDIT | CURRENCY_VIEWTOPIC, $forum_id)) )
replace with

Code: Select all

if ( $cash->currency_count() && (($userdata['user_level'] == ADMIN) || (($userdata['user_level'] == MOD) && ($postdata['user_level'] == USER) && $cash->currency_count(CURRENCY_ENABLED | CURRENCY_MODEDIT | CURRENCY_VIEWTOPIC, $forum_id)) )

No. Each mod is different. You have to read the install.txt to see how a mod is supposed to be installed.

General Error
functions_cash.php has not been included.

Please make sure you have properly installed Cash Mod, including all the necessary file edits as found in cm_install_22x.txt

** I can't fix this error!!! includes/functions_cash.php is RIGHT THERE. Why can't it find it? **

Dude.

You need to do run the database file.

Copy all the files it says.

And edit all the files it says.
