Does anyone have any pictures or examples of what this mod looks like when it's in use? I'm right now debating if I want to use it or build my own similar system and I want to look at what the cash mod looks like first before deciding. Thanks in advance!

Check out my own forum. I am using two Cashmod Currences, earned in different forums, as well as wGEric Store and my Virtual Casino to spend the cash on.

Hey BRF, I was just wondering if you are able to make a addon for cash mod that has like User Gold logs so users can view their past transactions and stuff instead of only admins being able to view that

And another question are you familiar with Clan MOD Advanced ? It uses cash mod / points system

Yeah, a user viewable cash history would be nice. Kind of like having a bank account. :D

I keep getting this error after install ...

Cash Mod Error:

General Error
functions_cash.php has not been included.

Please make sure you have properly installed Cash Mod, including all the necessary file edits as found in cm_install_22x.txt

---------------------

Is there a reason why ?

Forgive me if this has been asked multiple times already, but is there a way to uninstall cashmod? There's more to just deleting the files and databases, right?

Hello. :0)

I'm a high school teacher and I use the phpBB for discussion forum/blog/SAT prompt writing and other purposes.

I came across the CashMod and I thought it'd be a great way for the students to "buy" extra credit with the "cash" they'll earn from me. :0)

I've read the README file and pretty much went through the install process, then I accessed the admin CP and got this message on the left side:

Code: Select all

Error retrieving Cash Mod data

Please make sure that you have run sql_install.php from your browser.

DEBUG MODE

SQL Error : 1146 Table 'phpbb_2.phpbb_cash' doesn't exist

Line : 663
File : SELECT * FROM phpbb_cash ORDER BY cash_order ASC
And of course, because I read the README, I placed the sql_install.php at my phpBB root directory and ran it. The browser automatically redirected me back to the index page (of the forum).

I use Yahoo! as my server and I know that MySql is enabled... How can I fix this? I've studied the manual sql process, and I just cannot seem to figure it out...

Please help. <:0) Thanks...

I'm running 2.0.22, I think. it's http://www.mryoon.net/phpBB

P.s. I used easymod to install CashMod223, if that helps any.

You would need to remove the additions to other files. Refer to the cm_install.txt and remove the edits from the indicated files..

You need to be logged into your forum as an administrator. If you are not logged in, it redirects you to your login page....

Did it display a page saying "Installation Complete" along with a bunch of SQL statements?
