Yes, you have to be careful when editing the user's permissions.
The ADD-ON from gatekeep2 selects Administrator as the default user setting. You need to check this before you update the user.

yes, the original forum code was so that it would see the users current level, and display that as the default.

but with this mod, the last thing u add is changing that line of code, and admin si the default. if u just switch the order, u can do so and have user show up first, just to be safe,

You were right! I only copy my files over the ones at super_mod directory and templates and now it's working, please excuse me but I think this mod leave to much things open, I will like to know how on earth will you know that you have to change the files included in the mod with your owns files, if this info was included in the instructions please excuse me, if not please put this in the installation file and don't put another user under so much pain     .

The files in the super_mod directory were *edited* specifically for the super moderators. IE so only they can access them, Admin would not be able, nor need to access them.

The files included in the zip are edited versions of phpBB ver 2.0.0 so I do not know whether any things in them have changed from 2.0.0 to 2.0.1.

As I said. The files included with this MOD are edited by myself for use with this MOD.

If you have replaced them, your super_moderator now is using the admin templates and not the super_mod templates. Also your super moderator may have trouble accessing them.

Maybe I am wrong, maybe I am not.

I've just started setting up usergroups, and I've noticed it's not just user ranks. Whenever I try to change any permissions for a user or usergroup, I get the message 'Couldn't obtain user/group permissions'.

hmm, dave i have been unable to recreate the problem you are having, did you do anything to your forum that changed the user database? (like the real name MOD, etc)

on an off note: rawly the main page of your site, in the who is online, the avatar is not being properly displayed when a user uses an offsite avatar
Please, do not conact me for phpBB support.

No, this is the first time I've added a MOD that needed database changes.

Also, the Supermodcolors is still not working. Is there anywhere I can just insert a hex code?

Hi there,

Is there any chance (I don't know how hard it would be) to edit this mod so that it would support the Super Moderator Mod?

http://www.phpbbhacks.com/viewhack.php?id=437

This is the staff site mod ... but it shows Super Moderators at Moderators.
Thanks, Talia
