Just wanted to share... I have a working install of this mod.

This mod works awesome (unfortuantely nobody is clicking my ads, but that's not the mods fault), so why is it still in the beta section???

No yours does not work correctly. Check your page size with a 800x600 resolution. It expands your page too wide. I'm having the same problem if you read above...

Hi,

I maybe interested in using this mod. However, I have a few questions to ask

1. Can I add my own ads? If yes, is there an option to allow admin. to charge advertisers via paypal? If not, the author of this mod should consider this feature.

2. If there is an option to charge advertisers, does an affiliate program come with this mod? affiliates signup and receive a %, per click or my better idea receive a monthly $$$ for posting your ads on their site.

Example: Person A signs up and pays you $500.00 a month to advertise on your site. Another search engine comes to you and asks how can I place Peron A's ad on our site from your site? This is like a partneship. So if the search engine places person A's ad on their site from your site, you pay them a monthly fee of say $75.00 out of that $300.00. Of course as Admin. you would have the option to either accept or decline partnerships with these other affiliate sites.

That's only cause of the size of the ad!! If I had gone with a regular 480X60 (or whatever) standard sized ad then it would shrink to 800X600 no problem, however I talked to my partner on the site, and we decided that since hardly anyone uses 800X600 anymore, we should go with the larger sized google ad (which works fine in 1024X768).

Try using a smaller ad in yours and see if that helps. If it's still streching it, then it's prolly your html... post the html here? mabey I can help... (mine is all custom so I can't tell you what I did or did not change, sorry).

EDIT: I just tested the smaller google ad and it works in 800X600 fine.

u can find instructions in the zip file u download...
it may be named install.txt or something like that
look for a text file in there

to the maker:
can i select particular forum for it
i dont want it to display in every post and not even in every forum
any option for it ?
