[DEV] Adding rank image and name in profile

Ok, alot of the time phpbb doesnt include the person's rank image in thier profile, so I made this for my forums and 3 people e-mailed me and told me to post it here.

This may of already been done but im new to modding!

------ NOTE: This is my first mod, so it's very very easy! Hehe ------

Installation Level: Easy
Installation Time: 1/2 Minutes

Nice MOD. I had a similar one installed a while back from phpbbhacks, but I lost it

wasn't that good anyway. yours is very simple - I like it
