[DEV] Admin User Notes

I just had an idea where an admin could write down either Public (everyone can see), Private (said user, mods, and admins can view), Private [HIDDEN] (only user and admin can see), Admin (only admin can see).

I just want to see if anyone likes it before I make it. I will most likely put it on my forums regardless, but I wanted to know if anyone else wanted it.

I'm interested in it. It would definately be good for keeping notes on problem users that other admins and moderators could share.

Well... if it's already out there, I guess I'll just make it for my forums so that I can make it have whatever functionality I want.

P.S. @ Uchiha Nick:
It allows admins (and maybe mods) to write notes about each individual user. If you have the permssions to see it, it willl show up in the profile.
