Now I'm wondering if anyone knows of a similar mod that would scan a non-phpBB site. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks, but I'm not a rocket scientist. That has to be the most unfriendly application ever. It has about ten pages of instructions. I need a "plug-n-map" solution. :)

Did you try applying sitemap mod without keywords mod (the original one)?

Yes, the date and time are EXACTLY the same, as the one i posted above.
The only difference ive noticed after my modifciation is that there is a line between <loc> and the url on some urls.
I just checked google for the sitemap again and now im getting
Parsing error (Line 1491)

I saw the error before in this topic but no reply yet so I post mine as wel.

Error obtaining topic data

DEBUG MODE

SQL Error : 1064 You have an error in your SQL syntax near '' at line 1

SELECT t.topic_id, t.topic_type, t.topic_status, p.post_time FROM phpbb_topics AS t, phpbb_posts AS p WHERE t.topic_last_post_id=p.post_id AND t.forum_id IN (3,2,69,13,14,15,16,17,19,21,25,68,61,70) ORDER BY t.topic_id LIMIT

Line : 84
File : sitemap.php

What I think is strange that the error talks about phpbb_posts and phpbb_topics my databas prefix is mysite not phpbb.

what did I do wrong?

for some reason for some people but not all the mod does not like some servers i guess. But the issue is the the very first line gets truncated to instead of saying <xml the < gets left off and this is what creates the error. Try adding an extra < in the template file right at the very top.

nope doesn't solve the problem.

What I think is strange that he is talking about phpbb_topics and phpbb_posts. the tables doesn't have these names on my forum. doe I have to change there names some where to mysite_topics and mysite _posts?

thanks

yes you could hard code them if you want it wont hurt anything as always keep a backup of the file in case things get really messed up.
