I know there were two other similar mods in development but none of them fit my needs and they haven't been updated in a long while. The features of this mod include:
  • User submission of quotes.
  • Admin Review of Quotes (This can be turned off or on)
  • Built in permission system for the display and usage of the mod.
  • Ability to display the user who submitted the quote.
  • Full ACP section to control every aspect of the mod.
  • Ability to ban individual users from using the mod.
  • Caches config data to save a sql query.(Must have cache/ CHMOD to 777)

cool :) Is there a way to mass-verify quotes, or do you have to open each quote and click enabled?

There is a section in the ACP called Review where you can enable the quotes waiting in the review queue in three ways. There is a link next the quote in the list that enables the specific quote, you click edit then check enable and click submit, or there is a link the enable all quotes.

You can also turn off the admin review feature so all quotes are accepted.

Having a problem with
#
#-----[ OPEN ]------------------------------------------
#
admin/admin_users.php

#
#-----[ FIND ]------------------------------------------
#
case PAGE_FAQ:
$location = $lang['Viewing_FAQ'];
$location_url = "index.$phpEx?pane=right";
break;
#
#-----[ AFTER, ADD ]------------------------------------------
#

case PAGE_ADDQOTM:
$location = $lang['Page_addqotm'];
$location_url = "index.$phpEx?pane=right";
break;
case PAGE_VIEWQOTM:
$location = $lang['Page_viewqotm'];
$location_url = "index.$phpEx?pane=right";
break;
#
#-----[ FIND ]------------------------------------------
#
case PAGE_FAQ:
$location = $lang['Viewing_FAQ'];
$location_url = "index.$phpEx?pane=right";
break;

#
#-----[ AFTER, ADD ]------------------------------------------
#

case PAGE_ADDQOTM:
$location = $lang['Page_addqotm'];
$location_url = "index.$phpEx?pane=right";
break;
case PAGE_VIEWQOTM:
$location = $lang['Page_viewqotm'];
$location_url = "index.$phpEx?pane=right";
break;

There is nothing similar to the FIND at all. Where would i put it?

try looking in admin/index.php

also be sure to change the following (case change):
from---
$user_allow_qotm = $this_userdata['user_allow_qotm'];
to------
$user_allow_qotm = $this_userdata['User_allow_qotm'];

Now can someone tell me how a user can enter their quote - I cant find the form to fill in!
