I get these errors when trying to run this file. Any ideas about a fix? This is the file I'm trying to run: reputation_mod_install_db_v002.php

Would it be possible to release some sort of code that would allow the board admin or a mod to manually alter a user's rep level?

The only way I know how to do it now is to download the users table and manually change it and then reupload it; very cumbersome.

Please advise.

Thanks!

Doesnt work for me :( can't see anything new to do with reputation on my forum at all apart from in the administrator configuration :( and the settings in that are screwed up aswell

(there are no statments) example.

Instead of the configuration saying

Disable reputation system and a box

it just looks like this

Box.
Box
etc.

Ok Everything is fixed :D

i would like to know one thing.
is there any way to make it so the users dont have to sacrifice there reputation when they give rep to someone?
i mean, just have it so the reciever gets +1 reputation and nothing is lost?

Dunno about that exactly, but I wrote a quick script so that you can easily change the rep of any person on the board w/o affecting anything else.

Lemme know if anyone wants it.

Well, if anyone could help me out, it would be greatly appreciated.
what would be great is if i could just have it so you dont loose rep when you give it out but the person gets it and rep just means how much people like them.

I am also interested in this (when giving rep, it wouldn't decrease the giver).

Is there a possibility to get the message the user gives in a reputation below the post of the user who gets the reputation? like in VB?
Like this:

So it can be used as a sort of quick answer as well (to get rid of some spam) and to really comment a post.

That would be an awesome feature and if someone could tell me how to do it I'd really apreciate it! It's just that my understanding of the php language isn't as good as I'd mess around with the board...

Has anyone got this working correctly? what are your thoughts... a pretty good mod?

Why has the MOD author not been active here, but has been updating his site/blog? :?

most importantly, is this MOD user friendly for the not so forum savvy users??
